The educational model of a musician of the Renaissance and Baroque times was a humanistic one. A person could be a poet, a singer, a dancer, a fencer, an actor and a horse-rider. Each art provided nutrition and creative inspiration for the other. Most importantly, each person lived and breathed the physical experience.
